There is full fuel support, including Jet A and Avgas, as well as maintenance, avionics and catering services available at Augusta Regional Airport Aviation Services.

World Fuel has added Augusta Regional Airport Aviation Services in Augusta, Georgia and MJets in Thailand to its Air Elite network of FBOs.

At the core of the network are shared service and safety standards which put a focus on consistent service culture, adherence to industry-recognised safety certifications and participation in World Fuel programmes.

“The addition of MJets and Augusta Regional Airport Aviation Services strengthens the Air Elite Network in two important markets and expands the global footprint available to operators,” said Malcolm Hawkins, senior vice president, global business aviation, World Fuel. “For flight departments and crews, Air Elite locations deliver a consistent standard of service and operational expertise across the network.”

MJets, based in Bangkok and Phuket, joins Air Elite as one of Southeast Asia’s most established operators, supporting international operators across Thailand and the broader region. It is also the first Thai aviation organisation to be certified with both International Standard for Business Aircraft Operations (IS-BAO) and International Standard for Business Aircraft Handlers (IS-BAH).

Earlier this month, Gulfstream appointed MJets as its authorised international sales representative for business aircraft sales activities in Thailand. Under the agreement, MJets will be responsible for promoting and supporting Gulfstream with customers and prospects throughout the Southeast Asian country.

MJets provides business aviation services including charter, aircraft management, ground handling and maintenance.

“This alignment reflects how MJets operates today and how we are building for scale and continuity,” said Natthapatr Sibunruang, CEO of MJets. “By working within globally standardised service and safety frameworks, MJets reinforces its position as a reliable regional gateway, supporting international operators with reliable execution and operational peace of mind as business aviation activities across Southeast Asia continue to evolve.”

Augusta Regional Airport Aviation Services, located at Augusta Regional Airport (KAGS) in Augusta, Georgia, serves as a key gateway for business aviation traffic to the Central Savannah River Area. Positioned centrally between the main terminal and the air traffic control tower, the facility is located about 20 minutes from Augusta National Golf Club, host of the Masters Tournament.

The facility offers an executive terminal with conference rooms and lounge areas, a spacious 30-acre ramp and NATA-qualified line technicians supporting a wide range of aircraft..

Kenneth Hinkle, director of aviation services at Augusta Regional Airport Aviation Services said: “This membership marks an important milestone in our ongoing commitment to excellence as we collaborate to elevate service standards across the industry. We look forward to a long-lasting partnership built on mutual growth and active engagement.”
