All network activity is coordinated through PrivatPort’s 24/7 control centre in Dubai.

PrivatPort, the executive aviation division of Swissport, is transitioning into a fully integrated hybrid FBO platform supported by a centralised 24/7 Operations Control Center (OCC) in Dubai.

The new-look company spans more than 70 ground locations across key aviation hubs, including Geneva, Morocco, New Zealand and Mexico.

The company said it is evolving from a traditional aviation services structure into a “unified operating platform that directly orchestrates the private aviation journey from request to execution”.

PrivatPort operates a dual-layer FBO network consisting of nine dedicated flagship locations integrated with Swissport’s global ground handling footprint.

The flagship locations provide dedicated passenger and crew handling environments, while the broader Swissport network ensures consistent global coverage and operational scalability.

The OCC integrates flight coordination, ground handling oversight, passenger services and client-specific requirements into a single operational environment, providing real-time visibility and execution control across all stations. Requests are managed end-to-end through the OCC, which allocates resources, coordinates station activity and oversees mission completion across the network.

PrivatPort functions as the end service provider within its network, rather than a coordination or brokerage layer. Services are delivered directly through its integrated FBO operations and Swissport ground infrastructure, supported by centralised operational oversight.
