Charter broker IsraJets announced moving into operational platform with the launch of IsraJets and acquiring first acquisition of Hawker 800XPi.

Serving over 300 clients worldwide, the company operates charter flights across the globe, combining its brokerage expertise with full operational oversight and enhanced control over flight operations.

The move follows IsraJets’ acquisition of an FAA Part 135 operating certificate, marking a strategic shift that positions the company as both a charter brokerage and an aircraft operator.

“Arranging flights is one thing,” said founder Alex Milhem. “Operating them is where the real responsibility begins. If you want to stand fully behind the experience you deliver, you need to take ownership of how those flights are operated.”

Operating under a Part 135 certificate introduces a higher level of oversight and infrastructure, including regulatory compliance, safety management systems, crew operations, and maintenance planning.

“This is the harder road,” Milhem added. “But it’s the right one if you’re building something meant to last.”

The Hawker 800XPi will be operated and managed by IsraFly. The company said it plans to grow its operational infrastructure carefully, prioritising safety, consistency and long-term stability.

The company was founded in Fort Lauderdale, Florida in 2022, led by aviation entrepreneur and former special combat military operations Alex Milhem.

IsraJets specialises in private jet charter, aircraft operations, and fleet management.
