DC Aviation Malta has opened its redesigned facilities at Malta International Airport.

The launch, hosted on Friday, welcomed guests for a first look at the upgraded premises. The renovation modernised the facility’s infrastructure, equipment and layout.

“What sets our facility apart is the combination of efficient aircraft handling and a premium, highly personalised service experience,” says Stanley Bugeja, MD of DC Aviation Malta. “From fast turnarounds to discreet concierge support, every detail has been designed to make each visit smooth, efficient and tailored to our clients’ needs.”

DC Aviation said an advantage of the facility is its location adjacent to aprons 2 and 3 at Malta International Airport. During technical stops, passengers can remain in the lounge just steps from the aircraft, helping reduce transfers and waiting time, subject to applicable airport procedures. Crews also benefit from dedicated spaces, including private rest areas and fully equipped workstations.

In late October 2025, DC Aviation Malta expanded its fleet capability with the addition of a San Marino-registered (T7) Bombardier Challenger 350.

Speaking at the time, Bugeja said: “The arrival of our T7-registered Bombardier Challenger 350 represents more than just fleet growth. Operating successfully under both 9H and T7 registrations broadens our operational scope and enhances the flexibility and diversity of services we can offer our clients. Our focus remains on safety, reliability, and providing seamless flight experience.”

CJI Malta will return for its second year on 9th and 10th June at The Westin Dragonara Resort, Malta. The event will look at issues like how aircraft management companies can stand-out, the pros and cons of diversification, managing supplying chains and much more.
