Cobham Aviation Services extends leases on an Avro RJ100 and BAe 146-300QT with Falko

Cobham Aviation Services Australia has extended leases on two aircraft
with Falko, an Avro RJ100 and BAe 146-300QT.

The two aircraft are part of a fleet of 17 BAe 146 and Avro RJ aircraft
that are used by Cobham Aviation Services Australia on behalf of blue-chip
clients including multinational mining companies on ‘Fly in; Fly out’
contracts.

Peter Nottage, chief executive officer of Cobham Aviation Services
Australia said “We operate the BAe 146 and Avro RJ day and night in
temperatures up to 42 degrees Celsius to remote locations with little ground
support. In Western Australia,
the aircraft is a vital air transport tool for the important mining and
resource industry.”

James Greenstreet, executive vice president portfolio strategy of Falko,
said “The announcement of these new lease contracts with Cobham underlines the
relevance of our aircraft to the mining resource industry.”

Greenstreet continued “In addition to Australia our customer Eznis
Airways in Mongolia, is providing important FIFO services using the Avro RJ in
support of the Mongolian mining and exploration sector, while Minera San
Cristobal S.A. in Bolivia also uses a BAe 146 on dedicated FIFO work.”
