O2 Aero Acquisitions, the parent company of Aerox Aviation Oxygen Systems, has bought Fluid Power.

Fluid Power, based in Ohio, makes military-type oxygen systems and components for the aviation industry.

“Our acquisition of Fluid Power will create a balanced military and civil aviation product portfolio and will provide greater manufacturing capacity and engineering expertise.” said Scott Ashton, president, O2 Aero.  “Fluid Power has a 75-year legacy of servicing the aviation industry, providing sophisticated oxygen equipment as far back as the Korean War, and today provides many oxygen components for military applications.”

Fluid Power will to operate as an independent company but it will be rebranded as Aerox Fluid Power.

This is O2 Aero’s third acquisition. It bought Aerox in 2020 and Sky-Ox in 2022.
