TITAN Aerospace Insurance acquires Ouzel Services in West Coast expansion
TITAN Aerospace Insurance has acquired Ouzel Services, Inc., an aviation-focused insurance firm based in Redding, California, adding founder Erik Everson to its team as it expands its presence on the West Coast.
Everson founded Ouzel Services and previously co-founded Jefferson Aviation Insurance Solutions, where he specialised in aviation insurance renewals, coverage strategy and risk management. He also worked as a commercial insurance broker with Jefferson Financial and Insurance Services advising business owners on tailored coverage programmes.

TITAN Aerospace Insurance is a subsidiary of TITAN Aviation Fuels and provides aviation insurance solutions for FBOs, operators and aviation businesses.
The acquisition of Ouzel Services is the latest in a series of expansions by TAI as it builds out its capabilities and geographic reach nationwide.
Earlier in 2022, TITAN Aviation Fuels acquired Swiss reseller AKRYL, a Geneva-based aviation fuel reseller with a worldwide digital fuel procurement platform.
In 2025, TITAN Aviation Fuels acquired the Multi Service Aviation Card business and its related payment platform from the U.S. Bank National Association.
