Lana Mundson has been promoted to vice president aircraft sales – Eastern Europe at aircraft broker Freestream.
She joined Freestream Aircraft USA’s sales division in 2008 to manage marketing and sales management in former USSR markets. Freestream says that she has recently completed two sales – one for a Moscow retailer and the other for a major oil company – and listed her fourth aircraft for a Russian-based owner.
“Lana has been a strong, consistent contributor to the growth of our cross-border activity,” says Rebecca Posoli-Cilli, president of Freestream Aircraft USA. “She has developed a large base of contacts in the Eastern European and Russian markets. That, combined with her client-centric focus and her extensive aviation knowledge, makes Lana the logical choice to establish the Freestream brand in that region.”
She will continue to work with her existing US clients.
Originally from Siberia, Mundson graduated with an MS in Computer Science from Moscow State Technical University of Civil Aviation. She moved to the US in 2002. Mundson worked with Aircraft Marketing in Las Vegas before joining Freestream.
