In April, Jet Linx is resuming its Base Partner Program, an equity-based model where local investors participate in the company’s growth strategy in each of its locations.

The programme, which was suspended in 2020, pairs Jet Linx with individuals in each of its markets who are users of private aviation and familiar with the local marketplace. These individual investors, who are ambassadors of and shareholders in Jet Linx, are referred to as “Base Partners”

Rather than operating as franchisees, these local Base Partners share in the equity ownership of Jet Linx alongside its founders, and are strategically invited to participate in the company based upon the engagement they have in their local communities.

Jamie Walker, co-founder and executive chairman of Jet Linx, said: “We are local, trusted members of the Omaha community where we were founded, which gave us a unique advantage over our national competitors to win the local market when we started. We grew by partnering with local individuals nationwide who gave us this same advantage in the city they call home.”

As part of its revamp, the company is offering the opportunity for new investors to participate in its existing locations as well as the new locations it plans to open in 2026. Jet Linx has plans to expand to the West Coast this year.

“The Base Partner Program reflects Jet Linx’s commitment to its unique business model, which aligns the company’s national growth strategy with local partners,” Walker added.

Meanwhile, hear Walker give his views on the state of the industry in a recent Corporate Jet Investor podcast.
