Hawker 4000 receives Brazilian approval

Hawker Beechcraft
Corporation announced the Hawker 4000 business jet has been granted Brazilian
Type Certification from the National Civil Aviation Agency of Brazil (ANAC).
The Hawker 4000 is the first composite fuselage construction aircraft to receive
Brazilian certification.

“Brazilian acceptance of the
Hawker 4000 is an important milestone,” said Richard Emery, president, Hawker
Americas. “Over the past two years, we have completed several demonstration
tours with the Hawker 4000 in South America
and operators continue to be impressed with the performance and capabilities of
the aircraft. We expect it to play an important role in exceeding the needs of
operators in this region and worldwide.”
