Onex’s Mersky is named as the new Hawker director
Seth Mersky has been made a director of Hawker Beechcraft Inc filling the vacancy created by Nigel Wright's resignation. He will also be chairman of the compensation committee.
Seth Mersky has been made a director of Hawker Beechcraft Inc filling the vacancy created by Nigel Wright’s resignation. He will also be chairman of the compensation committee.
Mersky is a managing director of Onex Corporation which owns 49% of Hawker Beechcraft. He joined the Canadian finance company in 1997 having been a senior vice president, corporate banking, at Bank of Nova Scotia.
Wright resigned from Hawker Beechcraft and Onex to be chief-of-staff to Canada’s prime minister.
