Gulfstream has delivered a G280 to a Taiwanese customer for the first time.

  • Gulfstream G280 adds another record
  • G280 MSN 2073 / B-66666 arrived in Taiwan on August 30, having completed its delivery flight from Gulfstream’s Savannah manufacturing facility.

The aircraft flew to Anchorage, and then onto Sendai Japan. Following a nightstop at Sendai, the aircraft flew on to Taipei.

The Gulfstream G280 will be privately operated from Taipei’s downtown Songshan Airport. The logo on the tail of the aircraft suggests that the owner is Panco, a Taiwanese cosmetics manufacturer.

Data in PlaneBaseNG shows there are only three other Gulfstream G280s operating in Asia, with all three aircraft registered in China.

Two aircraft are with Minsheng International Jet, and the third is operated by Mandarin Air.
