Desert Jet announces partnership with 4Air

Desert Jet said it has entered a sustainability partnership with 4Air in recognition of Earth Day.
Through the partnership, Desert Jet has offset 43 metric tons of CO2e via verified carbon offset projects tied to operations at Desert Jet Center, its flagship FBO at Jacqueline Cochran Regional Airport (KTRM).
This builds on Desert Jet’s existing sustainability initiatives, including the ongoing availability of sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) at Desert Jet Center to support lower-carbon operations.
“Growth at Desert Jet is intentional, and how we grow matters,” said Desert Jet CEO Jared Fox. “At Desert Jet, we’re committed to scaling our business in a way that is both operationally excellent and environmentally responsible. Partnering with 4AIR allows us to take tangible, credible steps toward reducing our impact.”
Fox added: “This is just the beginning. As we continue to expand our footprint, sustainability will remain embedded in how we build, operate, and serve our guests.”
Desert Jet’s recently announced the new hangar development at Yampa Valley Regional Airport (KHDN) and planned ramp and apron expansion at KTRM, aligning infrastructure investment with sustainability initiatives such as carbon-neutral facility operations and exploration of SAF.
“We are pleased to welcome Desert Jet as a partner in the 4AIR sustainability framework,” said Nancy Bsales, 4AIR COO. “Their approach reflects a strong balance between growth and measurable sustainability efforts.”
