Greenpoint Aerospace acquires Jet Work Air Center
Greenpoint Aerospace has Jet Work Air Center, an MRO and completions centre in Texas.
Greenpoint Aerospace, a division of Greenpoint Technologies, has purchased Jet Work Air Center’s assets and plans to perform interior refurbishments, VIP completions, maintenance, aircraft painting, avionics repair and installation for business jets.
Jet Work Air Center is a corporate and VIP maintenance, repair and overhaul company based in Denton, Texas. The Denton facility has over 100,000 square feet of hangar and office space at the Denton Municipal Airport. The location is close to sister company, Odyssey Aerospace Components, which specialise in design, engineering and cabinetry for business jets.
Greenpoint Aerospace president Trey Bryson said: “The Denton facility is a wonderful addition to the Greenpoint family.
