FL3XX says automation creates 25% increase in user fleet availability

FL3XX data has revealed a 25% increase in fleet availability for business aviation operators using its digital platform, prompting the company to urge the industry to view automation as a strategic imperative.
Data has also shown an 80% improvement on interdepartmental communication when processes are automated.
Paolo Sommariva, co-founder and CEO of FL3XX, said: “Automation is no longer optional in business aviation – it’s the backbone of efficient operations and provides teams with real-time information, so they can work efficiently at scale.
“Operators are already seeing a 30% reduction in crew scheduling time, with AI-powered quoting and planning tools significantly easing administrative workloads. Our platform, for instance, automatically extracts trip details from emails and detects scheduling conflicts before they happen, helping teams stay ahead and focused on what matters.”
With over 100 integrations, FL3XX integrates sales, dispatch, crew, compliance, finance and maintenance into a single system.
Customers include FAI Aviation Group; Laurin Claus, manager of business development & charter sales at the Germany-based operator said FL3XX simplified complex work flows and reduced workload.
“We operate in a fast-paced environment with constant schedule changes and new scenarios every day. FL3XX brought automation into our scheduling, dispatch, and overall operations,” said Claus. “The result is faster reactions, more efficient decision-making, and better situational awareness across the company. It’s increased internal communication and predictability, which is critical in our line of work.”
