Andy Johnson appointed at FlightSafety Savannah
FlightSafety International has appointed Andy Johnson, manager at the Gulfstream learning center in Savannah, Georgia.
Johnson replaces Chip White who is now manager of FlightSafety’s Orlando Learning Center.
“Andy’s proven leadership experience, in-depth knowledge of Learning Center operations, and commitment to provide our Customers with high quality training programs and services, made him the ideal choice for this important role.” said Greg McGowan, senior vice president, Operations.
Johnson joined FlightSafety in 2007 and most recently served as manager of the company’s Learning Center in Orlando, Florida.
Johnson prior to joining FlightSafety had a 27 year career in the United States Navy, retiring with the rank of Captain.
Andy holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biomedical Engineering from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee, and a Master’s Degree in Financial Management from the Naval Post Graduate School in Monterey, California.
