Gulfstream bolsters EMEA, APAC sales team

The announcement was made at the company's event at Farnborough Airport.
Gulfstream Aerospace has made four sales leadership appointments across its Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia-Pacific operations.
Marc Ghaly has been named division vice president of sales for the combined EMEA and APAC region, reporting to group vice president Michael Swift. Ghaly brings nearly two decades of business aviation experience spanning engineering and new aircraft sales and will be based in Dubai.
Also in Dubai, Jad Benhaijoub has been promoted to regional vice president of government sales for the same territories. He joined Gulfstream in 2023 after more than ten years at flight training firm CAE and previously managed sales across EMEA and South Asia. Benhaijoub is a licensed private pilot and holds master’s degrees from France’s INSEEC School of Business and Economics.
“Marc and Jad bring a strong depth of leadership and international experience that will continue to strengthen our sales presence across these key regions,” said Scott Neal, Gulfstream’s senior vice president of worldwide sales. “Their expertise is well aligned with the growing demand we are seeing from both new aircraft and government customers.”
Two regional sales manager positions were also filled.
Oliver Kuschka, formerly of Textron Aviation, takes responsibility for Central and Eastern Europe, the CIS region and Israel, and will be based in Düsseldorf.
Omar Aker, who joined Gulfstream in 2021 on the customer support side, has been promoted to cover the Middle East, Africa and Turkey, also from Dubai.
