Duncan Aviation has begun installing Gogo’s satellite-based inflight connectivity systems, the Galileo HDX and FDX, across its three main facilities in , as well as at select satellite locations.

The move builds on more than two decades of Gogo installations at Duncan Aviation, during which technicians have fitted hundreds of the company’s air-to-ground systems across more than a dozen business aircraft makes and models. The Galileo systems represent Gogo’s shift from terrestrial-based connectivity to a low-earth orbit (LEO) satellite network, extending reliable broadband coverage globally.

“Gogo has provided reliable air-to-ground connectivity systems for years, and now Galileo allows you to have the Gogo experience around the world,” said Nate Klenke, Duncan Aviation’s modifications sales manager. Klenke said the systems allow multiple users to simultaneously stream content, conduct video calls, access VPN networks, and share files.

“Duncan Aviation’s reputation for installation excellence and customer service makes them an outstanding partner for Gogo. Their expertise helps customers quickly realise the benefits of Gogo Galileo, including reliable high-speed global connectivity, immediate hardware availability, guaranteed service pricing for up to three years, and Gogo Vision at no additional cost with unlimited plans,” said Michael Skov Christensen, chief commercial officer at Gogo.

Duncan Aviation said parts and hardware are currently available, with installations bookable at any of its three main facilities or through its regional satellite avionics sales managers.
