W Aviation will be exhibiting at NBAA-BACE to discuss the development of its new hangar and office at its FBO campus at Fort Lauderdale Executive airport.

The fixed-based operator will be announcing the near completion of phase one of the two-phase campus development at the show. Pre-leasing information, offerings and next phase renderings will be available at W Aviation’s booth C10321.

The first-phase development comprises two new 20,000 square foot hangars with 5,500 square feet of adjoining office space and an expansion of 155,000 square feet of parking apron. The project is set for completion by December. The hangars will be able to support a variety of aircraft sizes, up to a Gulfstream 650.

W Aviation’s owner and CEO Ignacio Martinez said: “We are proud to be part of the Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport community and are thrilled to be near completion of phase one of the development project. Our expanded ramp, new hangars and office space will allow for W Aviation to provide first-class aviation services to more domestic and international aircraft coming inbound to South Florida, along with the growth of long-term general aviation businesses at the airport.”

The second phase will see a two-storey 24,000 square foot executive terminal. It is due to start next year.
