Alpha Wingman forms customer advisory board

Alpha Wingman has formed a customer advisory board to advise on the product roadmap, strategy and service improvements, it announced via a press release.
The company described the board as a “unique opportunity” for aircraft operators and service providers to have a say on the tools used by members, share insights with peers and get a first look at upcoming innovations.
Andy Nixon, president of Alpha Wingman said: “The platform is the industry standard in managing and leading remote teams, sourcing AOG vendors, comparing quotes for scheduled maintenance and accessing legitimate parts inventory in a transparent, efficient manner. If we can bridge the gap between operators and providers, it will only lead to more transparency, uptime and improved safety within the industry.”
Founded in 2017, Alpha Wingman (originally known as MRO Insider) is a SaaS company connecting aircraft owners and operators with a global network of service providers. In 2023, the company launched Alpha Workforce – a workforce-management platform to assist management teams in coordinating remote maintenance and service technicians.
Its latest addition, launched in 2026, is an operator-customised map that sends electronic maintenance requests with one click known as MyVendors.
Brent Wiggins, AOG director of operations at Stevens Aerospace and Defense Systems said: “Alpha Wingman, since its inception, has challenged the norms of business aviation maintenance. This time is no different. Alpha Wingman helps to further evolve the maintenance ecosystem.”
