Vista launches new membership solutions
Vista is streamlining its global subscription offer across its VistaJet and XO brands with the launch of two new solutions: VistaJet VJ25, designed for low-frequency travel, and XO Membership, an all-access deposit membership service.
Thomas Flohr, founder and chairman Vista said: “The evolution and simplification of our offering reaffirms Vista’s commitment to offering a full suite of flexible solutions for all members across VistaJet and XO. We have listened to our clients to understand their rapidly changing needs and we have optimised our membership structure accordingly.”
VistaJet’s VJ25 membership is a three-year private flight subscription designed for the more flexible flier travelling 25 to 49 hours per year. Members will benefit from access to the Vista members’ fleet of more than 350 aircraft worldwide and guaranteed availability on the largest global range fleet available on demand, including the Bombardier Global 7500 to fly 17 hours non-stop.
Other benefits include: an aircraft at a fixed rate on every guaranteed day, dynamic rate options on 40 high-demand days and invitations to VistaJet’s Private World events.
The second launch, XO Membership, is designed to simplify its deposit membership structure by replacing its tiered solutions with a new, single-level offer. The new service will provide members and clients with a more streamlined way to organise their travel, said the company.
The XO Membership includes a $100,000 fully refundable minimum deposit with no black-out days or expiration. Benefits of the new offer are said to include: access to 2,450 aircraft, including the Vista members’ fleet, when available, no booking fees, the ability to fly immediately after signing and access to special offers, including hospitality to events. The streamlined XO Membership delivers the most advanced digital service with instantly bookable flights, said Flohr.
“We believe that these new flexible products will allow even more members to enjoy our services on the renowned Vista members’ fleet of over 350 aircraft – to provide the most innovative and advanced flying solutions at the very best value to every client around the world,” he added.
Meanwhile, over the past six months, Vista has seen a change in the demographic of clients. Younger members are joining and there’s a faster turnaround in contract sign-ups as clients look for an effective, global membership solution to fly immediately, according to the company.
