Vertis and ExecuJet introduce first Swiss-registered G650

Gulfstream G650
Vertis Aviation and ExecuJet, both based in Switzerland, will soon introduce the first Swiss-registered Gulfstream G650 to the European charter market. The G650 business jet (MSN 6062 HB-IVJ) will be delivered to Vertis Aviation and readied to start revenue flying on ExecuJet’s AOC immediately.
It is believed the aircraft will be based between the Bahamas and Zurich.
The top-of-the-range private jet comes fitted with 12 seats, including eight business seats in a four-place double club configuration and six divan style seats. Six of the seats also double-up as fold-out flat beds, allowing passengers to rest on long haul journeys. It is also equipped with a full communications suite, featuring high-speed Wi-Fi connectivity along with SAT TV Europe and US, two Apple TVs and two Blu-ray players with a special entertainment system.
The aircraft is able to fly Dubai from New York or from London to Buenos Aires non-stop.
Jeffrey Emmenis, partner at Vertis Aviation, said: “We are very excited to be working with ExecuJet in bringing this game changer aircraft to Switzerland and into the European charter market. We will work together to sell third party charter hours, as we have done before, although we anticipate the G650 will be in high demand throughout the coming spring and summer season.”

Christophe Gibert, ExecuJet Europe’s director of aircraft management and charter, added: “We are very proud to be the first operator to have a G650 aircraft in our management fleet in Europe and available for charter. I am convinced that this aircraft will be a huge success with our clients. It combines style, comfort and the latest technological features. The addition of the G650 to our fleet underlines our credibility as an operator of choice for long-range aircraft from Gulfstream, Bombardier, Dassault and Embraer.”
