TrueNorth announced Stylus handset

TrueNorth Avionics has announced the introduction of its new TrueNorth Stylus handset. The TrueNorth Stylus is complemented by the MyStylus iPhone app, which brings the convenience and functionality of the TrueNorth Stylus to the iPhone.

“We’re seeing incredible interest in both the TrueNorth Stylus and the MyStylus app from our current customers as well as aircraft OEMs,” said Mark van Berkel, TrueNorth’s president. “TrueNorth is already known for having the best performing handset with unmatched call quality, and the TrueNorth Stylus sets the bar even higher, combining performance with beautiful design. In addition to redefining the aircraft telephone handset by offering everything that an elite flier desires, the TrueNorth Stylus has the esthetics that complement the most luxurious aircraft cabins. We’re also proud of the fact that we developed this revolutionary handset as planned and on time, and are able to deliver it as promised by June of this year,” he added.

Available in June of 2012, the new Stylus serves as a plug-in replacement for TrueNorth’s current handsets.
