Fort Lauderdale, Florida – 10 November 2020 – Sheltair has announced that its Northside Hangar Complex at Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport is now open. The family-owned company has delivered its promise of further supporting the business aviation community with the opportunity to lease prime aviation real estate in the heart of South Florida.

This $30-million facility includes eight hangars of up to 22,500 square feet with 28-foot doors, designed to accommodate large cabin-class sized aircraft like the G650 and Global Express. In addition, it offers 31,000 square feet of adjacent office space and a dedicated road for the privacy of its customers. The complex’s location was strategically selected to provide a short taxi distance to the runway and easy access to major highways to the metropolitan area’s business districts.

Sheltair’s hangar complex is also now home to Banyan Air Service’s Northside terminal, where the full-service FBO will provide its award-winning services, matching the calibre of its amenities.
