Signature Flight Support acquires the former Avitat Boca Raton facility

Company expands further in Florida

Signature Flight Support has
announced the purchase of all of the assets of the former Avitat Boca Raton at Boca Raton Airport from Premier Aviation of Boca
Raton.

The
FBO facility was constructed in 2005 and features a 17,000 sq. ft. terminal and
72,000 sq. ft. of hangar space.  The wholly-owned facilities will be
branded as Signature Flight Support.

Commenting
on the acquisition, S. Michael Scheeringa, president of Signature Flight
Support, stated, “Avitat Boca Raton is known the world over for its prime South Florida location, luxurious facility and for
providing exceptional customer service that aligns perfectly with our Signature
Service Promise. Boca brings a premier location to our global network and we
welcome them to the Signature team.”

Rhonda
Hughes, general manager for the former Avitat Boca Raton and new general manager
for Signature Boca Raton commented, “We are excited to join the Signature
Flight Support network.  We feel that we are a very good fit and our
customers will continue to enjoy the world-class service they have come to
expect from us with the added network benefits only offered by Signature.
