Securus Escrow, the new European escrow account company, has been approved by HSBC and has also completed its first transaction.

“We recently completed a $15 million deal for a Gulfstream IV, which is registered in the Isle of Man, that involved the USA, Canada and UK  and with this approval the clients experienced a quick and efficient service,” said  Geoff Gates, managing director of Securus.

Andrew Hoy, Managing Director of ExecuJet Aircraft Trading, who was brokering the deal said: “Securus Escrow offered a seamless and efficient service which resulted in the deal completing in a timely and well organised manner.”

The company has also been established as a UK process agent. This means that Securus can now accept legal documents on behalf of a client.
Gates says that the company is close to completing another six transactions and hopes to close 40 deals within its first year.
