Ross Aviation acquires six ex-Landmark FBOs

Ross Aviation has re-entered the FBO market by acquiring the six ex-Landmark Aviation FBOs. The FBOs were required to be sold as part of the acquisition of Landmark Aviation by Signature Flight Support.

The company has created a chain of strategic locations in Anchorage, Alaska; Fresno, Calif.; Palm Springs, Calif.; Scottsdale, Ariz.; Washington, D.C.; and White Plains, N.Y.

Ross Aviation is known for its customer service, with a particular emphasis on a philosophy that embraced the uniqueness of each airport and FBO market.

KSL Capital Partners joined with Jeff Ross to acquire the six FBOs from BBA Aviation, for a aggregate consideration of $190 million in March 2016.
