Rair Aviation is launching an Entertainment & Touring Division, designed for artists, tour managers and entertainment professionals.

The division will provide private aviation solutions tailored to the unique pace and complexities of touring, from single-leg flights to multi-city international runs. Leading the division is director of Entertainment & Touring Dan McKay, a music tour manager with more than two decades of experience.

“At the end of the day, touring is about trust,” said McKay. “Artists and crews need partners who understand the pressure, the moving pieces and how quickly things can change. Having spent years on the road myself, I know how important it is to have a team that can adapt quickly while making travel feel effortless.”

In his new role, McKay will work with artists, managers and production teams to coordinate customised travel solutions.

“Entertainment travel requires a different level of understanding and execution,” said Sean McClenahan, president of Rair Aviation. “This division allows us to bring together aviation, hospitality and entertainment expertise in a way that truly supports artists at the highest level.”

Rair Aviation’s leadership team comes directly from the hospitality and entertainment industries. Chief operating officer Marisa Bonifazio was born and raised in Las Vegas. Her father served as a vice president for multiple casino resorts, while her mother, Sue Kim, was an internationally recognised entertainer and founding member of The Kim Sisters.

McClenahan brings extensive experience overseeing complex aviation operations through his previous role managing an international family office. Throughout his career, he has overseen aircraft acquisitions and dispositions, including Gulfstream GIV-SP and Gulfstream G550 aircraft, while managing operations, planning and budgets for business aviation assets.
