MedevacX launches in Europe

Case management platform for medical evacuation operations MedevacX launched services in Europe in partnership with aviation distribution technology company Moove.
The all-in-one service platform helps insurers, assistance companies and air ambulance operators to source, manage and coordinate air and ground medical evacuations.
MedevacX said the platform was developed to address the growing demand from insurers and assistance companies for faster sourcing and more efficient internal workflows.
The company recently completed successful large-scale testing phase which brought together European air ambulance operators and insurers to identify and resolve key inefficiencies in current coordination processes.
“In medical operations, speed of sourcing and full traceability are critical. Today, much of this value chain still relies on emails and spreadsheets, making coordination and data sharing unnecessarily complex. MedevacX was created to change that,” said Cedric Henriot, founder of Scandic Services, the parent company of MedevacX.
MedevacX platform is supported by Moove Technology and benefits from full FMS integration along with several corporate APIs like Salesforce.
The platform replaces fragmented workflows such as emails, phone calls, and disconnected tools with a unified digital ecosystem. The users can manage complex missions from a centralized dashboard, securely share transport data, track case progress and updates in real time and coordinate multiple service providers.
Moove said its technology will support the MedevacX platform through integration with major Flight Management Systems (FMS), robust API connectivity with corporate tools such as Salesforce and scalable, secure infrastructure designed for time-critical operations.
This integrated approach allows users to move from sourcing to execution without leaving the platform, significantly reducing delays and operational friction.
MedevacX and Moove will be present at the AERO Friedrichshafen, where they will showcase the platform at booth A2-210.
