Global Jet’s aircraft management department has witnessed record-breaking growth, securing over 17 new management contracts since spring last year.

The newly added aircraft include a Citation Latitude, Praetor 500, Gulfstream 200, Falcon 2000LXS, Falcon 900LX, Falcon 7X, Gulfstream GV, Gulfstream G650, Global 6000, four Global 7500s, three Gulfstream G700s and an Airbus ACJ319neo.

“This surge in fleet expansion reinforces Global Jet’s position as a world leader in the management of ultra-long-range business jets,” stated a company press release. “The company now operates one of the largest fleets of Global 7500s, with nine in service, alongside ten Gulfstream G650/ERs. Notably, three of these new arrivals are equipped with Starlink Wi-Fi, offering high-speed connectivity even at cruising altitude.”

Looking ahead, the aircraft management team is preparing for the addition of several more aircraft, including two Falcon 6X and a Global 8000.

Charter fleet growing

The firm has recently added nine aircraft to its charter fleet. Among the new additions are a new Praetor 500, a Latitude, a Bombardier Global Express XRS, a Falcon 7X, two Falcon 900LXs, a Gulfstream 200, Gulfstream 600 and a Gulfstream G650ER.

Operations strengthening in Spain and France

Global Jet Spain has reported significant increase in its operations, backed by the addition of three new aircraft to its local fleet. With this expansion, Global Jet Spain has a charter fleet featuring a PC24, two Gulfstream G200s, a Global Express XRS and a Falcon 7X.

Global Jet is also expanding its charter fleet in the French Riviera by adding a Cessna Citation Latitude. The aircraft joins the existing regional fleet which includes a Global XRS, BBJ1, Falcon 7  and Falcon 2000LX.

Business development appointment

The company has also recently appointed Matteo Betancourt to the team as its new business development executive. Joining off the back of an internship at Cartier, Betancourt brings a fresh perspective and dynamic energy to Global Jet’s business development efforts, said the company.

Sales and acquisitions continue to thrive

Since spring, Global Jet’s aircraft sales and acquisitions division has successfully completed a series of transactions, including the sale and acquisition of an Airbus ACJ319neo, a Global 6000, a Global Express XRS and a Falcon 2000EX EASy.

In addition to these deals, the team is currently managing several discreet off-market transactions involving premium aircraft such as a Gulfstream G650, a Falcon 7X, and a Challenger 650.

“The business jet sales and acquisitions market in 2025 is stabilising after the post-pandemic surge, with strong growth in new aircraft deliveries, driven by OEMs like Bombardier and Embraer, and a dynamic pre-owned segment adapting to rising inventory levels and evolving buyer preferences,” stated Global Jet. “Demand remains high for large-cabin, long-range jets, particularly among private users, while pricing trends show mixed results across different categories.”
