Alpha Wingman has partnered with flyExclusive, which has selected Alpha’s workforce management solution to help streamline operations as it prepares to grow.

flyExclusive added 6 mobile service units in October 2025. The company has plans to increase to 20 units in 2026.

Artur Savka, general manager of flyExclusive MRO, said: “As we scale our mobile service unit programme, we need tools that match the pace and complexity of a national fleet. Alpha Wingman centralises data, dispatching and service coordination into a single platform, enabling our teams to operate with greater consistency and responsiveness.”

According to its creators, Alpha’s workforce management platform is proven to improve operational efficiency by increasing transparency of mobile workforce availability and consolidating communication between remote maintenance technicians and maintenance control.

Andy Nixon, president of Alpha Wingman, said: “The Alpha Workforce platform is becoming the industry standard in managing and leading remote teams, and we are thrilled to welcome flyExclusive into our network to manage their evolving mobile maintenance workforce.”

Alpha Wingman rebranded from MRO Insider in June 2024, expanding its services from maintenance to include FBO, catering, ground transportation and aircraft detailing.
