Flexjet has taken delivery of its first Gulfstream G700.

The fractional operator was a launch customer for the aircraft in 2019 when it ordered 16 G700s in 2019.  Flexjet aims to have 12 G700s by the end of 2026.

“True to the belief that history favours the bold, we continue to bring to market a level of luxury, service and prestige that is simply not available from any other fractional provider and the G700 is the latest example,” said Flexjet Chairman Kenn Ricci. “As luxury increasingly comes to mean the freedom and control of enriching one’s time, the G700 aligns seamlessly with those who seek to shape their world both effortlessly and exceptionally.”

Flexjet has a fleet of more than 340 aircraft. Some 60 of these are large cabin Gulfstream G450s, G650s and now one G700.

Since entering service in April 2024, the G700 fleet has so far accumulated more than 12,000 flight hours. Back in May, the 50th model was delivered to a customer.

Meanwhile, in July, Flexjet announced an $800m investment from private equity firms. L Catterton, the venture fund of LVMH, led the investment in the fractional operator with KSL Capital Partners and J Safra Group.
