Executive Air Services acquires Majestic Jet

Executive Air Services (EAS) has acquired of Majestic Jet, a south Florida and New York City-based charter operator specialising in Dassault Falcon jets.

Under the terms of the deal, EAS will continue to operate Majestic’s departure and arrival bases at the airports in Pompano Beach, FL and Morristown Municipal, NJ in addition to EAS’s main base at Miami’s Opa-Locka airport.

Jeffrey Reis, managing director of Executive Air Services, says: “We are very excited about this acquisition, which marks the first in our plan to strategically expand our operational footprint. The Majestic fleet is a great addition that will allow us to better serve our customers and aircraft owners.”

Executive Air Services is based at the Opa-Locka Airport in Miami and is ARG/US Platinum, Wyvern Registered, FAA SMS Pilot Program & IS-BAO Stage II rated.
