DC Aviation perform first time 4C check on Global 5000
Company takes only four weeks to complete major check
Recently, DC Aviation’s own EASA-Part-145
service shop performed a 4C check on a Bombardier Global 5000. A total of 1,480
man-hours were spent on this maintenance check. The 4C-Check was a challenge to the service shop, as it had to be
performed without disrupting daily business. The project was successfully
completed by the team in only four weeks.
As an EASA-Part-145 certified maintenance
shop DC Aviation offers both line and base maintenance services for various
types of airplanes such as the Airbus A319 CJ, Gulfstream 450/550, Global
Express, Challenger 604 Variant, and Cessna 560 XLS. All EASA requirements for
the maintenance and certification of airworthiness are met with the complete
CAMO+ permit.
