Beat Höhener moves at RUAG Business Aviation; Michael Sattler takes over in July 2011

Beat Höhener, currently vice president of RUAG Business Aviation and
member of the RUAG Aviation board of Management is moving within the company. RUAG has appointed Michael Sattler currently senior vice president of
maintenance at Jet Aviation Basel. Michael will take over starting July 2011.

in his role as turnaround manager by succeeding to stabilise and reposition
Business Aviation in a challenging environment. The job is now to strengthen
its position in the international marketplace and further leverage its growth
potential.  To achieve that, we have secured
the services of Michael Sattler of Jet Aviation, a worthy successor,”
comments Philipp Berner, chief executive officer of RUAG Aviation.

Beat Höhener has successfully
held the posts of CFO and CIO at RUAG Aerospace and of VP at RUAG Business Aviation.
The intention is to provide him with another operational role within RUAG in
the next few months. In a transition phase he will act as vice president of
Strategy and Development for RUAG Holding AG, in which role he will report
direct to Lukas Braunschweiler. His remit will be to strengthen RUAG’s position
in domestic and international markets and leverage corresponding growth
opportunities. Beat Höhener will continue to manage the Business Aviation site
in Geneva until
such time as a suitable Site Manager has been identified and hired.

Michael Sattler, is an aerospace engineer familiar with the civilian and military aviation sector. He is also
familiar with the private and business jet business through his 15 years-plus
spent at Jet Aviation. He has served in a variety of
capacities with that company, most recently as senior vice president of
Maintenance in Basel.
