Skurat brings more than four decades of experience in the business aviation industry to his new role. He rejoins AMSTAT after serving six years as vice president of OEM & Strategic Partnerships at VisionSafe/EVAS.

Prior to that, Skurat spent 24 years with AMSTAT in a variety of sales and customer support leadership roles.

“We are thrilled to have Chris back in the AMSTAT family and as part of our executive leadership team,” said Andrew Young, general manager of AMSTAT. “He rejoins us with an expanded skillset, along with his longstanding reputation for transparency, client-first approach, and authentic relationship building. He has easily fit right back into the role he was known for over many years.”

In his role as director of Sales, Skurat will lead the company’s sales strategy and initiatives, further strengthening relationships and driving continued growth for the company.

Founded in 1982 and based in Eatontown, New Jersey, AMSTAT introduced the concept of providing researched information to corporate aviation professionals. The company’s mission is to deliver timely, accurate and objective market intelligence that generates revenue and delivers competitive advantage to brokers and dealers, finance companies, fractional providers and suppliers of aircraft parts and services.

Earlier this year, AMSTAT provided CJI with data to compile a list of the top 50 registries by number of business aircraft registered as of January 2026.
