Alliance Aviation to handover new Dublin terminal in early 2026

Alliance Aviation Group is set to complete the official handover of its new General Aviation Terminal (GAT) at Dublin Airport in mid-February 2026.
Confirming the news at last week’s annual Irish Business & General Aviation Association (IBGAA) conference, Alliance said the handover marks a “significant advancement” in Ireland’s business aviation infrastructure.
“This is a significant milestone for Alliance Aviation and for Ireland’s fast-growing business aviation sector,” said Brendan McQuaid (pictured left), co-founder and MD of Alliance Aviation Group. “We’re proud to deliver a state-of-the-art facility that reflects our commitment to innovation and service excellence and firmly positions Ireland as a key global hub for business aviation.”
Alliance Aviation completed development of its fully approved general aviation terminal within its Dublin FBO facility earlier this year.
Designed to the highest international standards, the facility features the latest C3 scanning security technology, meeting new regulatory requirements effective January 1st, 2026.
Earlier this month, Alliance opened its new hangar and FBO facility at AlUla International Airport, Saudi Arabia. Developed in partnership with the Royal Commission for AlUla, the facility is the Kingdom’s first purpose-built general aviation hangar. The announcement was made during the 9th Future Investment Initiative (FII) in Riyadh.
