Air Charter Service appoints Holder as CFO

Kerry Holder joins Air Charter Service as CFO.
Air Charter Service has appointed Kerry Holder as chief financial officer to replace Stewart Pitt as he moves to a non-executive director position.
Holder brings almost 30 years’ experience in finance after beginning her career at KPMG in 1997.
Her last two roles were as group finance director at Oxford International Education Group and as finance director at bike retailer Evans Cycles, both in the UK.
She said she is “excited” to be joining a “fascinating and complex group”.
“ACS is unique in its field, with large volumes of business going through its global network across 18 countries,” she said in a statement. “ACS is in a strong financial position, and I look forward to continuing the incredible work that Stewart achieved during his tenure.”

Pitt held the role for 19 years and has been “instrumental” in growing ACS from four offices to 37 worldwide, according to Chris Leach, chairman and founder of ACS.
“We’re delighted that Stewart will still be involved with us,” added Leach.
UK-headquartered Air Charter Service offers private jet, commercial airliner and cargo aircraft charters on six continents. It arranges more than 30,000 flights annually and claims revenue of more than $1bn for the past four years.
Leach and CEO Justin Bowman founded the company in the basement of a house in 1990 and now employs more than 650 staff worldwide.
