Simon Davies is the VP Sales, UK, Middle East, and India, for Global Jet Capital. Simon has been with Global Jet Capital since its inception. With over thirty years of aviation finance experience, Simon has savoured the opportunity to originate and structure private aircraft financing for Global Jet Capital’s clients in many different jurisdictions.
Before joining Global Jet Capital, Simon was part of the team that launched Guggenheim Aviation Finance Company. Simon had responsibility for the International Sales team, providing asset-backed financing solutions to emerging markets. Prior to this, Simon ran the Bombardier Business Aircraft Structured Finance team, helping to source financing for Bombardier’s diverse clients on a global footprint.

As President of ZenithJet Inc, Iain has extensive experience in supporting clients looking for strategic aviation advice and support. Leading the Zenithjet team, with a reputation for excellence in technical oversight, new aircraft completions, maintenance oversight and complex project management, the business is growing its support for Aircraft Sales/Acquisition’s and Financing.
His has background as Chief Operating Officer of a large European operator, managing it through Covid and Russian sanctions while adding cargo operations helped diversify the company income. Simultaneously, the consolidation of the business from 3 European locations into one base in Malta built resilience and improved the cost and regulatory structure while developing important and long-lasting relationships across the major OEM’s and key service providers within the aviation industry.
His previous experience working at strategic levels the UK emergency services, working with government and military agencies to protect infrastructure and manage complex incidents and projects gives him a unique management perspective in a globally challenging time for every business sector.
Col Sanjay Julka is currently heading Club One Air – India’s leading Charter Airline, as CEO. Prior to Club One Air, he was leading as the Chief Executive officer of one of India’s biggest aircraft charter companies, India Flysafe Aviation Limited. Col Julka has over 29 years of experience in the aviation sector, both in the Army and Business Aviation. During his career in the Army, besides flying over varied terrain including the highest battlefield of the world, Siachen Glacier, Col Julka has held many renowned appointments. Just before retirement, he was the Senior Aviation Advisor where he strategised employent of 30 helicopters in war and peace, at the borders in Plains as well as Deserts. As CEO of India Flysafe Aviation Limited, where he served for six years, he was instrumental in improving charter flying in the Company by 80 percent, with increased revenue and profitability. He was also responsible for oversight of three private airfields. He was elected as the Vice-President of Business Aircraft Operator’s Association of India (BAOA), where he pioneered the first ever industry report on Business Aviation in India and was instrumental in resolving many regulatory for the Industry. As CEO, Col Julka is responsible for the Company strategy, sale and acquisition of aircrafts.
Mark is a co-founder of Dynamic Advanced Training, responsible for conceptualizing the design, build and operations of one of the world’s most advanced and award-winning Aviation Cabin Safety Training Academies. He also co-founded the Business Aircraft Operators Association and served as its President until 2019. In 2020, Rohit moved to Dubai as President for Sales at a reputed international aircraft brokerage company, focusing on international aircraft transactions.
This experience led to the creation of The Jet Company in 2024, expanding his expertise across the Middle East, India and Southeast Asia. A Harvard Business School alumnus, Rohit enjoys time on the golf course and reading about world affairs and autobiographies, which influence his global perspective and leadership approach.
Arun Kashyap is a distinguished C-level executive with over 28 years of comprehensive experience in the aviation sector. His career reflects a strong track record in leadership, innovation, business transformation, technology integration, operational excellence, and cost management. Arun has adeptly managed a global airline with a budget surpassing $1 billion, directed engineering operations for a diverse fleet of more than 200 aircraft, and led substantial teams across multiple international regions.
Among his significant accomplishments, Arun was instrumental in establishing engineering and maintenance functions at flydubai, played a pivotal role in revitalizing SpiceJet to achieve profitable growth and industry-leading operating efficiencies, and expanded cargo operations during the COVID-19 pandemic by converting passenger aircraft for cargo use. He was appointed Chief Technical Officer at Air India following Tata’s acquisition from the Government of India in 2022. His core leadership competencies include strategic planning, P&L management, global negotiations, fleet and contract administration, and operational engineering oversight.
Arun’s professional journey spans senior roles such as Aircraft Engineer, Vice President, Chief Technical Officer, and Chief Operating Officer at several prominent aviation organizations. Most recently, he has launched an entrepreneurial venture involving a business charter operation and MRO company. Additionally, he serves as General Secretary of the MRO Association of India.
Vinamra Longani is VP Commercial – Asia for SGI Aviation. Based in New Delhi, India, he is responsible for solidifying SGI’s presence in Asia and the Middle East, and leading the company’s business efforts in the region, while also supporting SGI’s global sales & marketing outreach.
Longani has a strong background in aviation, having previously held key operational and client engagement positions. He is a passionate aviation professional who has in the past facilitated transactions of some of the world’s largest aircraft lessors and financiers in India.

Puja Mahajan is a seasoned aviation executive with 3 decades of experience, recognized for her pioneering innovation and service excellence. She launched her career after earning a degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Environmental Engineering from McGill University.
With a notable history at Pratt & Whitney Canada, Bombardier Aerospace, and Elit’Avia, Puja has held critical roles such as Aerodynamics Engineer, Product Planning Manager, and Director of Flight Operations, always keeping innovation and leadership at the forefront. During her tenure as CEO of European operator Elit’Avia, Puja drove remarkable growth, doubling both the fleet size and revenues. Currently, as the Founder and CEO of Azzera, she channels her passion for business aviation and dedication to environmental sustainability. Azzera’s mission is to enable the Aviation sector into climate action with practical and digital solutions. Fluent in five languages and a resident of Switzerland, Puja Mahajan is a true global influencer.

Jayant currently heads Flightshares, a company focused on stimulating demand by kickstarting fractional aircraft ownership in India. He has been a former President of the Business Aircraft Operators Association (BAOA) in India. He has been Accountable Manager and COO of former business jet operator- Invision Air. He has had stints working on aircraft sales with ACASS (pre-owned) and Jubilant Enpro (sales reps of Bell Helicopter and Bombardier Business Jets at the time). He started over 35 years ago as a military aviator with the Indian Air Force.
Aoife is an internationally recognised aviation lawyer with expertise across private, corporate, and commercial aviation. She advises a global client base—including ultra-high-net-worth individuals, corporations, aircraft operators, financiers, lessors, manufacturers, and private owners – on all aspects of aircraft acquisition and sale, financing, and regulatory compliance.

Sudhir Rajeshirke is an aviation executive with 22 years of experience in the aviation sector across business aviation, airports consulting, private equity and aerospace industries.
