Sanjeev Choudhary is Vice President – Aircraft Sales (Asia) at JetHQ, where he leads complex, high-value business aviation transactions across India and the South Asian region. With over two decades of experience in the aviation industry, he brings deep, hands-on expertise in both new and pre-owned aircraft sales, as well as cross-border transaction structuring, supporting first-time buyers and established operators alike.

Over the course of his career, he has successfully transacted aircraft across all major OEM platforms, spanning both fixed-wing and rotary-wing categories.

With a strong command of regulatory frameworks, escrow mechanisms, financing structures, and market dynamics, Sanjeev is widely trusted for guiding transactions from intent to delivery with precision and integrity.

Beyond commercial transactions, he actively works with advocacy teams within the Business Aircraft Operators Association (BAOA), contributing across financial, legal, regulatory, and policy initiatives aimed at strengthening and expanding India’s business aviation ecosystem.

Simon Davies

Simon Davies is the VP Sales, UK, Middle East, and India, for Global Jet Capital. Simon has been with Global Jet Capital since its inception. With over thirty years of aviation finance experience, Simon has savoured the opportunity to originate and structure private aircraft financing for Global Jet Capital’s clients in many different jurisdictions.
Before joining Global Jet Capital, Simon was part of the team that launched Guggenheim Aviation Finance Company. Simon had responsibility for the International Sales team, providing asset-backed financing solutions to emerging markets. Prior to this, Simon ran the Bombardier Business Aircraft Structured Finance team, helping to source financing for Bombardier’s diverse clients on a global footprint.

Simon is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario with a B.A. in Economics. Simon speaks both English and French

Sanjay Julka

Col Sanjay Julka is currently heading Club One Air – India’s leading Charter Airline, as CEO. Prior to Club One Air, he was leading as the Chief Executive officer of one of India’s biggest aircraft charter companies, India Flysafe Aviation Limited. Col Julka has over 29 years of experience in the aviation sector, both in the Army and Business Aviation. During his career in the Army, besides flying over varied terrain including the highest battlefield of the world, Siachen Glacier, Col Julka has held many renowned appointments. Just before retirement, he was the Senior Aviation Advisor where he strategised employent of 30 helicopters in war and peace, at the borders in Plains as well as Deserts. As CEO of India Flysafe Aviation Limited, where he served for six years, he was instrumental in improving charter flying in the Company by 80 percent, with increased revenue and profitability. He was also responsible for oversight of three private airfields. He was elected as the Vice-President of Business Aircraft Operator’s Association of India (BAOA), where he pioneered the first ever industry report on Business Aviation in India and was instrumental in resolving many regulatory for the Industry. As CEO, Col Julka is responsible for the Company strategy, sale and acquisition of aircrafts.

Dynamic’s niche specialty is catering to the training requirements of business jet operators.
Mark holds a master’s degree in engineering, is a creative problem solver, multi-culturally competent and an experienced management professional.
As the Operations Director responsible for its day-to-day operations, Mark is a team player who drives the company’s training philosophy which is hands-on “Reality-Based Training” by putting the trainee’s effective learning journey at the center of the company’s focus.
Dynamic delivers operationally relevant, truly experiential, engaging, immersive and most importantly fun training which aligns with its motto ”We Entertain While We Train”.
This, compared to conventional training, ensures better learning outcomes, knowledge retention, and ultimately the effective transfer of greater skills and expertise to line operations, resulting in safer skies. Rohit Kapur

After a successful career in military aviation, Rohit transitioned to business aviation in 2003, quickly making his mark in the industry. After taking up challenging CXO roles in Punj Lloyd Aviation and Indocopters, in 2010, Rohit co-founded Arrow Aircraft Sales and Charters, leading sales for brands like Gulfstream and HondaJet across India.

He also co-founded the Business Aircraft Operators Association and served as its President until 2019. In 2020, Rohit moved to Dubai as President for Sales at a reputed international aircraft brokerage company, focusing on international aircraft transactions.

This experience led to the creation of The Jet Company in 2024, expanding his expertise across the Middle East, India and Southeast Asia. A Harvard Business School alumnus, Rohit enjoys time on the golf course and reading about world affairs and autobiographies, which influence his global perspective and leadership approach.

across several geographies. This experience encompasses aerospace defense manufacturing with national and international airlines, helicopter operations and aviation asset management, amongst other aspects.

His  expertise is in Aircraft manufacturing , Aircraft Modification , M&A, Asset Management ,  turnaround of distressed regional airlines ,Aircraft Leasing .

He has contributed in set up India’s First-Cargo Airline , Helicopter Medical Emergency Services , Aircraft Leasing , Independent  CAMO .

Vishok is also actively engaged in RCS from UDAAN 1, Member of consultive committee of IFSCA on Leasing , Member of CII task force on eVTOL

He handles the aircraft transactions for EMCJET covering India & Asia (Singapore, Indonesia & Malaysia) and building strong network to promote his Companies listed and mandated machines up for sale.
