Falcon to develop Dubai’s ‘first’ fully private multi-modal terminal

Falcon Executive Aviation is set to develop Dubai’s first fully private, multi-modal FBO terminal for business aviation, helicopter and eVTOL operations.
To be constructed on a 6,380sqm plot, the terminal is engineered as an ultra-private facility with direct helipad and vertiport access, enabling helicopter and eVTOL arrivals, departures and inter emirate transfers.
The terminal will also be fully equipped to support Dubai’s transition toward advanced air mobility integration.
Sultan Rashit Abdulla Rashit Al Shene, founder and chairman of Alex Group Investment, said: “This terminal marks a decisive shift in Dubai’s aviation future. For the first time, private jet operations, helicopter services, and next generation eVTOL mobility will operate under one fully private gateway. We are building the largest helipad facility in the UAE, not as an addition, but as a foundation for the region’s future air mobility network. This project is the beginning of a new chapter for aviation in Dubai.”
The development will also include luxury amenities such as high-end retail, private banking, commercial spaces and dedicated VIP lounges.
The project is a major pillar of Alex Group Investment’s 2026–2028 strategic roadmap, which includes building Dubai’s most advanced rotary-wing infrastructure and hangar.
Earlier this year, Falcon Executive Aviation added a Gulfstream G450 to its fleet. It is the first Gulfstream the company has added to its fleet as it begins to focus on focus on long-range, large-cabin aircraft. The firm retired its Dassault 2000 EX to make way for the G450.
Speaking at the time, Al Shene said: “We listen closely to what our clients want, their preferences guide everything we do. The arrival of the Gulfstream G450 is our way to show that we are always one step ahead in meeting their expectations. This is our gift to them, a promise that with Falcon Luxe, they have everything they need in the sky.”
