jetAVIVA has appointed Michael Barber as MD and vice president of sales operations and Ben Dow as vice president of sales.

The appointments come at a time of strategic growth for the pre-owned aircraft brokerage.

“This announcement represents another exciting chapter in jetAVIVAs journey. We are deeply committed to building the best sales team in the industry—one that pairs deep product knowledge with a relentless drive for excellence. These two leaders exemplify our values and our strategic path forward,” said Emily Deaton, CEO of jetAVIVA.

Barber will support sales in the super-midsize category, specialising in aircraft such as the Challenger 350 and Gulfstream G280. In addition to driving category growth, he will lead jetAVIVA’s sales operations and market research team.

Prior to joining jetAVIVA, Barber served as regional vice president of sales and acquisitions for an IADA Accredited Dealer and ARG/US Platinum-rated firm.

“Joining jetAVIVA is both an honour and an incredible opportunity to contribute to the growth of a world-class team,” said Barber. “I’m especially proud to support the next generation of aviation sales professionals, and look forward to furthering our industry through my work with IADA’s NextGen committee.”

Dow will assume leadership of jetAVIVA’s sales team worldwide and maintain his focus as a subject matter expert in the Dassault Falcon and large cabin aircraft markets. He has more than 15 years of aircraft sales experience, including over 100 successful transactions.

“I’m excited to lead the most experienced, client-focused sales team in the business,” said Dow. “As jetAVIVA continues to scale, our commitment to excellence, teamwork and market leadership will remain our guiding principles.”
