Reuters has reported that private equity firm Warburg Pincus is planning to sell CAMP Systems International, the software provider for business aircraft.

Reuters has reported that private equity firm Warburg Pincus is planning to sell CAMP Systems International, the software provider for business aircraft.

As well as its maintenance tracking system, Camp Systems also owns AMSTAT, the aviation data provider, and Aircraft Shopper Online.

Reuters says that Credit Suisse is advising Warburg Pincus on the sale and that Camp Systems, has earnings of $60 million a year.

The sale has not yet been officially launched.

Camp provides software to track maintenance requirements for corporate aircraft.
