Vertis Aviation appoints Julian Burrell
Vertis Aviation has appointed Julian Burrell as managing director of their new London-based charter business which is due to start in December 2012.
Swiss-based Vertis Aviation announced that it has appointed Julian Burrell as managing director of its new London business which is due to launch in December 2012. Vertis Aviation UK Limited will be completely autonomous and run separately from the Zug-headquartered Vertis business.
With an aviation career spanning almost two decades, Burrell brings extensive charter brokerage experience to the role having worked at Board level for a number of years with successful international charter broker The Charter Company. Julian studied for a master’s degree in Air Transport Management at Cranfield University before embarking on a career in the sector.
