UAS supports 130,000-plus Hajj pilgrims in 2025

UAS assisted in the journeys of a total of 133,028 Hajj pilgrims in 2025, the company reported, working alongside operators, government agencies and airport authorities.
Operational highlights include a total of 845 sectors served; 31 origin and destination airports covered; a total of 2,516 flight permits obtained; and 2,083 dedicated handling services provided for aircraft, crew and pilgrims.
“Hajj operations are among the most complex in the aviation calendar and also require a lot of sensitivity. Our team is proud to support the sacred journey of so many pilgrims, offering operational precision while honouring the spiritual significance of the experience,” said Omar Hosari, founder and CEO of UAS.
From check-in to final departure, UAS’ Hajj services included trip support such as passenger handling, CIQ facilitation, ramp coordination, fuel management, FPL filing, permit acquisition, crew logistics and more.
“This milestone reflects not only our operational capability but also our commitment to ensuring safe, dignified and seamless experiences for travellers from across the globe,” added Hosari.
