Ricci is financing the company through Directional Aviation Capital, his personal fund, and is chairman. Hatt is president replacing Don Dwyer whom left  Sojurn to join Guardian Jet.

“Our ability to buy planes with liquid funds lands us great deals, expedites the process and gives us an unrivalled competitive advantage,” said a statement on Sojurn’s website. “In short no one else has the capital or the savviness to take advantage of this opportunity.”

Chuck LeGrow another former Hawker Beechcraft salesmen hasalso joined the company. Mike Rossi, formerly of Mercury Air Center, is CFO.
