Rectrix Aviation acquires Five Star Jet Center

Rectrix Aviation, Westfield-Barnes Regional Airport

Rectrix Aviation has acquired Five Star Jet Center at Westfield-Barnes Regional Airport.

The acquisition builds upon Rectrix’s current operational presence in Westfield and will allow the company to expand its maintenance and private aviation terminal services at the airport.

“This acquisition provides us with a new opportunity to grow our Western Massachusetts operations both in terms of maintenance employees and passenger amenities which will better serve our customers and their aircraft.”

Rectrix Commercial Aviation Service was founded in 2005 and offers private jet charter, aircraft management and fixed-base operations (FBO) services.  The company has FBO services on the East Coast, including Bedford, Worcester, and Hyannis, Massachusetts as well as Sarasota, Florida.
