PrimeFlight continues aircraft detailing consolidation

PrimeFlight subsidiary Prime Appearance acquired nationwide aircraft detailing specialist Immaculate Flight this week in a stock deal.
The transaction brings two of the US’ leading aircraft detailing and cleaning services under one brand. It follows a deal earlier this month that saw Prime Appearance acquire the assets from Signature Aviation’s aircraft detailing operations at Teterboro Airport, New Jersey.
“This acquisition represents a significant step forward for Prime Appearance and our commitment to growth and nationwide coverage for our customers,” said Charlotte Cheatham, chief operating officer at Prime Appearance. “We will now be able to support our clients in new key markets including Atlanta, Austin, Seattle and Nashville, while having an expanded presence in South Florida, Southern California, the Bay Area and throughout Texas.”
Immaculate Flight provides aircraft detailing services at more than 200 airports. Services include interior and exterior detailing, brightwork polishing and paint protection applications.
Brett Logan, president and founder of Immaculate Flight, said: “I am excited for the opportunities this will provide in the future as the two most well-known names in corporate aircraft appearance come together to serve our amazing industry in an even stronger way.”
Immaculate Flight will begin to integrate and rebrand its operations under the Prime Appearance brand over the coming weeks.
Signature asset acquisition
Signature acquired its assets at Teterboro in 2024 through the purchase of Meridian.
The aircraft appearance team there specialises in maintaining private and corporate aircraft. Available services include exterior quick turn, complete wash, bright work polishing, aircraft wax, paint sealant, gear well detailing, interior detailing and carpet extraction services.
The team will begin operating under the Prime Appearance brand immediately.
Cheatham said: “We are excited to expand our presence at one of the general aviation industry’s busiest airports. We are now better positioned to support our base and transient customers with around the clock operations at several FBOs across the airport.”
