Company showcased private jet and executive helicopters at show

In
May 2011, UK based PremiAir showcased its private
jet and executive helicopter management, charter and maintenance services,
introducing new members of the team and announcing the addition of new types to
its rotary and fixed wing fleets.

“We are proud to announce the addition of the Agusta A109 helicopter to
our rotary fleet and the Hawker 750 to our fixed wing fleet”, said Neil
Gibson, director of Charter & Management at PremiAir. “The Agusta A109
fills a gap in our current rotary charter fleet, offering clients a mid-size,
mid-priced helicopter with a 2011 Year of Manufacture” (the Agusta
A109 is due to deliver from the manufacturer’s production line later in the
summer) “whilst the Hawker 750 represents a new fixed wing type and an
exciting additional mid-size aircraft to complement our current Learjet
45s”.

Neil Gibson was brought into the PremiAir management team with the express
intent to drive PremiAir’s fixed wing business forwards and has thus far seen
good results. “We are now positioned to add large cabin airframes to the
private jet fleet and welcome the opportunity to discuss PremiAir’s management
services with owners”.

The PremiAir stand at EBACE drew visitors from across the UK, Europe, the USA
and Russia.
The event attracted a record number of attendees and it was noted
that the mood was upbeat and positive for the aviation industry as a whole.
“Whilst we are not yet back to pre-recession levels, we are certainly
seeing a rise in charter revenues and a return of the corporate hospitality and
staff incentive bookings which were the first and hardest hit sectors of our
charter market” said David McRobert, group managing director for
PremiAir.
