Pflieger becomes director organisational effectiveness

Gulfstream Aerospace recently named Sharon Pflieger director, organisational effectiveness. She will report to Jennifer Giffen Vadersen, vice president, human resources, Gulfstream.

Pflieger will lead employee learning and development, compliance and technical training and organisational development groups. She previously worked as an organizational development manager.

Pflieger has more than 15 years of experience in organisational development and human resources strategies, including enterprise-wide change management, culture change initiatives and program development. Prior to coming to Gulfstream in 2008, Pflieger worked as an organisational development consultant, as a senior vice president at Bank of America.

Pflieger earned a Bachelor of Science degree from William Woods University..
